B U S I N E S S   C O N D I T I O N S 

Commons:
all Offers, sell and deliveries were handled woith our conditions

Delivery times:
Most of all Products are available very fast. Only by special Orders the delivery time can a bit longer.
Part deliverys are allowable.
Claims for damages from the Customer because of delayed deliveries are inadmissible.

Special Orders:
Special orders will only be executed by payment in advance. The customer has to
engaged to accept the special orders. We don´t take special orders back.

Delivery:
Delivery normally by COD. Freight costs are extra calculated and depend on the
weight of the packages. The delivered parts are our property till they are completely paid.

Damage during shipping:
If you get a damaged package you have to look inside together with the postman
who has to write a confirmation of the damage. If you get an undamaged package
with damaged parts inside you have to go to your post office to tell them the
facts. We don´t take any guarantee on damages during shipping.

Non-acceptance:
If the customers don´t take the ordered parts we are allowed to demand 30% of
the purchase price.

Right of return:
The customer can give back the parts during 5 days after getting them
(without special orders). We can give back the money only for undamaged and
undrilled parts. Dealers can´t give back the parts. If the parts were send back
we need the dates from invoice.

The legal venue is Rüsselsheim.
